Meenakshi Menon, PhD
Professor & Program Director
Meenakshi Menon, PhD, is Professor and Academic Program Director of the Clinical Psychology PhD Program at CSPP in San Francisco. She earned her PhD in developmental psychology from Florida Atlantic University in 2008, and joined CSPP as a core faculty member in 2013, having previously held faculty positions at the University of Maine at Farmington and the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom. Dr. Menon's research interests are centered on social and personality development during middle childhood and early adolescence. She is interested in gender role development, self-concept development, and attachment relationships, with a focus on how these constructs influence psychosocial well-being in childhood and adolescence. She has conducted quantitative studies on these research areas in the United States, United Kingdom, and India.
Amber J. Landers, PhD
Amber J. Landers, PhD, is Assistant Professor in the PsyD program at CSPP in San Francisco. She has experience in consultation and brief interventions in primary care, school, and early-childhood settings, and is coordinator of the Integrated Health Track at CSPP San Francisco. She obtained her BA from the University of California-Riverside, and completed her doctorate at Purdue University where her dissertation examined the effects of stress and parent-teacher communication on the psychological adjustment of ethnic minority elementary school children. She completed her training at Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Health Alliance. Her interests including the training and practice of integrating mental health into non-mental health settings, reducing stigma, and promoting health and mental health access for underserved populations, children, and families.
Frederick J. Heide, PhD
Frederick J. Heide, PhD, received his doctorate in clinical psychology from Pennsylvania State University in 1981 and has taught at California School of Professional Psychology for 35 years, earning both the Teacher of the Year and Master Teacher Awards. Dr. Heide received the Outstanding Research Contribution Award from the Association for Advancement of Behavior Therapy (AABT) for his oft-cited work on relaxation-induced anxiety and has published in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, Psychophysiology, Journal of Psychotherapy Integration, Behavior Research and Therapy, Psychology of Aesthetics, Creativity and the Arts, Psychotherapy: Theory, Research, Practice, Training, and elsewhere.
Emil Rodolfa, PhD
Professor & Program Director
Emil Rodolfa, PhD, is a Distinguished Professor of Psychology at CSPP in Sacramento. He teaches courses in Ethics, Supervision, Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy, Introduction to Psychotherapy and supervises students’ dissertations. He is the Chair of the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards’ Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology Part 2 Implementation Task Force (the national licensing examination for psychologists) and is a member of the American Psychological Association Commission on Accreditation. He is a Fellow of ASPPB and APA, founding editor of Training and Education in Professional Psychology and a past President of the State of California Board of Psychology. He has been active in many professional associations. Dr. Rodolfa has numerous publications exploring education, training, and competency. He has received numerous professional acknowledgments for his contributions to psychology education and training.
Tatiana Glebova, PhD
Associate Professor & CFT Program Manager
Tatiana Glebova, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Sacramento Program Director for the Couple and Family Therapy Program. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA), a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). Her research and clinical interests include family therapy process and outcome, therapeutic alliance, contextual therapy, intergenerational family processes including transgenerational trauma, immigrant families, cross-cultural issues, and international family therapy. Dr. Glebova has presented and conducted professional trainings at various regional, national and international conferences, and published in peer-reviewed professional journals.
